Phase 2 of the pilot ongoing until December 2024
The Creative Gateway
A revolutionary program set to unleash the boundless potential and creativity of young refugees, and reshape their futures with endless possibilities! The project is implemented inside Kakuma refugee camp, which hosts nearly 300,000 refugees. When they complete their training, the Creative Gateway program will connect them with creative companies in the Nordics, opening doors to fantastic job opportunities.

Impact consultancy
Impact Consultancy connects Nordic university students with African startups for mutually beneficial and meaningful collaborations. Students in Nordic universities can receive ECTS credits for working with African startups. Students get a chance to implement their academic knowledge in practice in an international environment. As for startups, they receive invaluable advice, consultancy, and insight from outside their target market.

Envisage Incubators
We help early-stage ventures solve problems and innovate within agriculture. Our mission is to provide Ambitious entrepreneurs with the tools and the support to execute sustainable change. Our most important goal is to empower a generation of problem-solvers in Africa.
5G Mökki
5G Mökki is a free educational space that will be open for all visitors. The youth themselves will be guiding people into the virtual worlds and helping them to make their VR creations. Added to that, there will be technology experts interviewed at Mökki both physically and virtually through telepresence.
Riverrecycle x A.A @ Ghana
We have partnered up with River Recycle and we have been actively working on a Waste Management project in Ghana since 2022.
ThisWorks!
Technology Industries of Finland launched a new technology education project for all first-graders and would like to donate it to the whole world. We at Ambitious.Africa help to enroll students in the ThisWorks! course in all African countries.
Women-to-Women Mentorship Program
Women-to-Women Mentorship Programme is a peer-to-peer mentorship program free from hierarchies, so both participants are mentors and mentees. This is a peer-to-peer mentoring program for female university students, made by women for women. The purpose of the program is to create supportive friendships, and to both inspire and be inspired by others. The program helps you gain cross-cultural communication skills and valuable insights about yourself.

Ecosystem Mapping
We aim to map and connect entrepreneurs and investors with their surrounding ecosystems and help them understand and access these ecosystems in a simple way.
We have partnered up with Keys Ecosystem to map the entrepreneurial ecosystems in all African major cities. So far, we have mapped: Accra (Ghana), Dar Es Salaam (Tanzania), Lusaka (Zambia), and Monrovia (Liberia).

Valid8 Pre-accelerator
Online/offline program for African youth with interest in entrepreneurship, allowing founders to rapidly validate their problem, market, and solution.
Starting on 28th April and finishing on 4th June Valid8 Pre-accelerator is here to make early staged ideas grow into real startups.

Wärtsilä x A.A projects
Ambitious Africa partnered up with Wärtsilä in 2021 and have since created three different entrepreneurial projects in Morocco, Nigeria and Finland. A pitching competition for sustainable solutions, a month-long seminarium on possibilities for sustainable entrepreneurship and a brand new award-winning university course.
Sustainable Venture Creation - Course
Founders of Ambitious Africa ventured into creating a university course at Hanken School of Economics. The course was an action-based acceleration project - in which students focused on coming up with sustainable innovations to tackle the biggest sustainability issues we have (SDGs). The course received multiple awards and got voted as the best course at the University.
